Why I built the Lab

Food is something
I get excited about.

I love taking a familiar idea and imagining what else it could become. A dessert-inspired drink. A savory dish with an unexpected sweet finish. A recipe that looks as exciting as it sounds.

This website gives those ideas a home beyond a quick scroll. You can explore the recipes, find a new custom drink order, and come back when you’re ready to try something.
