What to share
- Your own finished food or drink photos, an honest description, and any changes you made.
- Feedback about a recipe, order or the site. Critical feedback is welcome; keep it respectful.
- Photos and words you own or have permission to share, with permission from anyone pictured.
Public posts & private feedback
Choose “Public gallery” to submit for publication. Devotti reviews posts before they appear, and may decline or hide spam, unrelated content, harassment, unsafe content or photos shared without permission. Reviews aren’t proof that a recipe or custom order has been independently tested.
Choose “Private feedback” to send a message and optional photos to Devotti without displaying them in the gallery. Private submissions cannot be published through the review controls.
Your photos, your words
You keep ownership. Submitting to the public gallery gives Devotti’s Food Lab permission to display your submission on this site, with your chosen display name. This does not grant permission to use it in advertising or on other platforms.
What we save
We save your account identifier, display name, title, description, selected recipe or Lab, optional rating, photos, submission time and review status. Your sign-in email is not displayed with a post. Photos are resized and re-encoded before upload to remove embedded location metadata.
Submissions and photos are stored with the site’s existing Supabase service. Public gallery visitors can view approved public content; you and Devotti can view your pending and private submissions. Don’t upload sensitive information, personal contact details or receipts with identifying details.
Removing a submission
Sign in and use “Withdraw submission” under My submissions to remove your post and its photos. There is no automatic expiry while a submission remains saved. Devotti can also remove submissions through the review desk. Copies saved by other visitors or temporary browser caches may remain after removal.
Before you send
For photos with alcohol, confirm you are of legal drinking age. Don’t include children’s identifying details. Up to four photos are allowed per submission; accepted uploads are JPG, PNG and WebP. You can send up to five submissions per hour.
