A clean cucumber highball carries a gentle wasabi hum, lime and fine bubbles.

Ingredients
One drink — all oz are US fl oz
- 1½ oz vodka
- 1 oz strained cucumber juice (blend or grate ¼ large cucumber and strain; measure 1 oz)
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ¼ oz agave syrup
- ⅛ tsp prepared wasabi paste
- 3 oz chilled club soda
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 long thin cucumber ribbon
Equipment
Blender or grater, fine sieve, bar spoon, 12-oz highball glass
Allergens and ingredient notes: Alcohol; prepared wasabi may contain mustard, soy or wheat—check label.
Liquid oz means US fluid ounces (1 fl oz ≈ 30 mL); solid ingredients use the weights or spoon measures listed. Each recipe makes one drink. For adults 21 and over.
Step by step
- Stir wasabi paste with lime juice and agave until smooth in highball glass. Add vodka and measured cucumber juice.
- Add ice, top with club soda, and stir gently 2–3 times. Curl cucumber ribbon down inside glass above ice.
The Devotti twist: Wasabi is dissolved into the acid and sweetener first, creating a soft savory heat without clumps.
