Golden Mac & Cheese Biscuit Bombs
The formula

Ingredients

Bombs

  • 1 tube jumbo refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 cup fully cooked prepared mac and cheese, cooled
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4 bacon slices, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1–2 tbsp hot honey
  • 1 tsp neutral oil or nonstick spray for the baking sheet
The process

Step by step

  1. Mix the prepared mac and cheese with cheddar, mozzarella, and most of the chopped bacon.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Divide all the filling evenly, about 3 tbsp per biscuit, and add it to the center.
  3. Pinch edges firmly closed and place seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush the biscuit bombs.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 14–18 minutes until deeply golden, the seams are cooked through, and the center reaches 165°F; allow extra time if needed.
  6. Brush with any remaining garlic butter, then finish with Parmesan, reserved bacon, parsley, and a light hot-honey drizzle. Rest 2 minutes before serving.
