Hot Honey Chicken Alfredo Mozzarella Crunch Rolls
A full mozzarella stick creates the cheese pull; hot honey cuts the creamy Cajun Alfredo.

The formula
Ingredients
Rolls
- 8 egg-roll wrappers
- 1 cup fully cooked chicken, finely chopped
- ½ cup prepared Alfredo sauce
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 8 mozzarella string-cheese sticks
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 egg mixed with 1 tbsp water
- 1–2 tbsp neutral oil or nonstick spray for coating the rolls
Finish
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2–3 tbsp hot honey
- ¼ tsp red-pepper flakes, optional, and ½ cup additional prepared Alfredo sauce, warmed, for dipping
The process
Step by step
- Mix the chicken, Alfredo sauce, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan.
- Place a mozzarella stick diagonally on each wrapper. Divide the chicken filling among all eight wrappers, about 3 tbsp each. Divide the shredded mozzarella evenly, 2 tbsp per roll. Leave a 1-inch border and keep the ends of each cheese stick tucked inside.
- Fold in the sides, roll tightly, and seal the edge with egg wash.
- Spray lightly with oil. Air-fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, turning once, or bake at 400°F for 15–18 minutes, turning once, until crisp and the filling reaches 165°F.
- Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with parsley and optional pepper flakes. Serve with warm Alfredo dip.
